Composition and form of release

1 capsule contains acetylsalicylic acid 240 mg, paracetamol 180 mg and caffeine 30 mg; in a contour acheive box 10 pcs., in a cardboard bundle 1 or 2 packs.

Characteristic

Capsules of orange-white color (the capsule case is white, the lid is orange).

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, psychostimulating.

Indications

Pain syndrome of mild or moderate severity: headache and dental pain, arthralgia, neuralgia, myalgia, dysmenorrhea, etc .; fever for colds and other infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, gastrointestinal bleeding, expressed violations of liver and kidney function, hypocoagulation, genetically caused deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, glaucoma, bronchial asthma, I trimester of pregnancy, breast-feeding.

Side effects

From the gastrointestinal tract: pain in the stomach, nausea; a violation of liver function, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (with prolonged intake of high doses).

Other: palpitation, bronchospasm, renal dysfunction.

Interaction

Strengthens the effect of anticoagulants and antiaggregants, side effects of other NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and non-narcotic analgesics, glucocorticoids, sulfonamides, methotrexate.

Do not combine with barbiturates, anticonvulsants, rifampicin, alcohol.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, after eating, washed down with water or milk, 1 caps. 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 4 caps. If the liver or kidney function is impaired, the interval between doses should be at least 8 hours.

Overdose

Symptoms: pain in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, sweating, pallor of the skin, tachycardia.

Treatment: gastric lavage with activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy.

Precautionary measures

Do not appoint children under 15 years against the background of ARVI or influenza (possibly the development of Reye's syndrome).

Caution is prescribed in the elderly, with a violation of the liver or kidneys.

Do not take more than 5 days as an analgesic and 3 days as an antipyretic agent without consulting and supervising the doctor.
