Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Indication

Inflammatory diseases of the joints: rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, arthrosis, gout, periarthritis, tendonitis, pain syndrome, dyscalogenorrhea.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastrointestinal bleeding, bronchial asthma, hematopoiesis, hepatic-renal failure, pregnancy, lactation, age (up to 12 years).

Side effects

Gastralgia, anorexia, stomatitis, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, hepatopathy, exacerbation of peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, headache, dizziness, vestibular disorders, depression, increased excitability, sweating, insomnia, drowsiness, tinnitus, visual disorders, arterial hypertension, anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, eosinophilia, increased urea levels, hypoglycemia, photosensitivity, rash, itching.

Dosing and Administration

For acute diseases of the muscles and skeleton: the first 2 days for 2 capsules per day, for the remaining 15 days, 1 capsule per day with meals; with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing arthritis: usually 1 capsule per day with food; In rare cases, when an increased dosage is required, 2 capsules per day in 1 or 2 doses during meals.
