Pharmacotherapy
Combined preparation of plant origin, has a local anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, hemostatic effect. Promotes regeneration of the damaged mucous membrane.
Indications
Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (aphthous stomatitis, periodontitis, ulcerative necrotic gingivostomatitis). In gastroenterology (as part of a combination therapy): gastroduodenitis, chronic enteritis and colitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
Dosing
Locally. 5 ml of the solution is diluted in 200 ml of warm water. For diseases of the oral mucosa, applications (15-20 min) or oral baths (1-2 min), 2-3 times a day, for 2-5 days are used. In the treatment of periodontitis, after removing the calculus and scraping the pathological gingival pockets, thin turundas are injected into the gingival pockets for 20 minutes, richly moistened with the solution, daily or every other day (4-6 times).
Inside - 1 / 3-1 / 2 cup (60-100 ml) of the solution 30 minutes before meals or 40-60 minutes after meals, 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment - 2-3 weeks.
Microclysters: rectally - 50-100 ml of solution after cleansing enema, 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-6 days.
