Pharmacological Properties of Butyroxan tablets 0,01 g

Pharmachologic effect - Mode of action – adrenolytic.

Blocks alpha-adrenergic receptors in the CNS and in the periphery, has a weak central n-holinoliticheskim influence.

Indications for Butyroxan tablets 0,01 g

Abstinence (in alcoholism and drug addiction), hypertension, allergodermatoses, post-infectious hypothalamic lesions.

Contraindications for Butyroxan tablets 0,01 g

Congestive heart failure, hypotension, alcoholism III degree.

Butyroxan tablets 0,01 g Dosage and Administration

Inside, regardless of meals - 1-3 Table. 2-4 times per day for 1-4 weeks. Higher doses: single - 30 mg daily - 150 mg.

Bradycardia, vascular collapse.
