Dosing and Administration
Outer, in the form of 5, 10 and 20% of the ointment.
For the treatment of long-term healing wounds, trophic ulcers, pressure sores, 5% ointment is used; for the treatment of wounds and purulent-inflammatory diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue - 10% ointment; for the treatment of inflammatory and post-traumatic diseases of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous system - 20% ointment.
Apply a thin layer (about 1 mm thick) on dense cotton cloth, which is applied to the affected area. If the wound is localized on an uncomfortable place for bandaging, it is acceptable to use a band-aid or glue bandage. In the treatment of wounds, the layer of ointment should exceed the circumference of the wound by at least 0.5 cm. The dressing is changed twice a day. When the dressing is heavily impregnated with wound contents, the dressings are changed as impregnated, but not earlier than 2 hours later.
Apply to shallow wounds with a good outflow of wound exudate.
The daily dose of ointment depends on the area of the affected area and is 2-5 g.
Treatment continues until the symptoms of inflammation and skin epithelization disappear. If necessary, repeat the treatment.
When a persistent pain reaction or burning occurs, use an ointment with a lower concentration.
special instructions
With increased individual sensitivity, there may be manifestations of local irritating effect that occur when using an ointment with a lower concentration of pine resin or drug withdrawal.
In the case of a persistently expressed local irritant reaction, the use of the ointment is stopped and the affected surface is treated with a 40% ethanol solution.
storage Conditions
In a dry, the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.
