Camphor (natural) 0.2 g (0.2%)

Auxiliary components: Paraguayan Paduba extract, isopropanol, carbomer, trolamine (triethanolamine), silicon dioxide, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (methylparaben), propylene glycol, glycerol (glycerol), riboflavin, brilliant blue dye, deionized water.

Description of dosage form

Transparent gel is blue-green or green with a smell of menthol.

Pharmacological group

Local irritant of natural origin.

Pharmacological (immunobiological) properties

Combined product of natural origin; has a locally irritating ("distracting"), easy local anesthetic effect.

Indications

As a "distracting" remedy for arthralgia (pain in the joints), myalgia, sciatica, radiculitis, myositis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, dermatological diseases, violations of the integrity of the skin in places of presumed application of the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, age of 18 years.

Dosing and Administration

Outwardly. Adults should apply 2-3 g of gel on the painful area and rub into the skin with light massage movements. The procedure is carried out depending on the intensity of pain 3-4 times a day. The duration of therapy depends on the nature and severity of the disease. The average course of treatment is 10 days.

Side effects

There may be skin itching, skin irritation at the site of application, allergic reactions.

Overdose

Until now, no cases of overdose with the use of the drug have been reported.

You should avoid getting the gel into the eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, affected areas of the skin.

Do not use the gel simultaneously with other medicines for external use (ointments, creams, sprays, liniments).

Do not apply a tight bandage with the drug.

Influence on ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms

The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work).
