Pharmacotherapy
Antihemorrhoidal combination. Has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, analgesic, local anti-inflammatory, astringent and drying effect.
Indication
Hemorrhoids, fissures of the anus.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, CH (decompensation), tachyarrhythmia, myasthenia gravis, intestinal atony, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy with violation of urine outflow, pregnancy, lactation.
Dosing
Rectally, 1 candle 1-3 times a day. The highest daily dose is 7 candles.
Side effect
Dry mouth, thirst, constipation, diarrhea, tachycardia, palpitation, mydriasis, paresis of accommodation, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbance, drowsiness, allergic reactions, burning sensation in the anus.
Overdose
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, psychomotor agitation, convulsions, urinary retention, decreased sweating, hyperthermia.
Special instructions
During the treatment period, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention, rapidity of psychomotor reactions and good vision.
