Composition and form of release

Clinical Pharmacology
The therapeutic effect develops after several days of treatment and reaches a maximum within a few weeks.
Indications
Bronchial asthma.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy (I-st trimester).
Side effects
Candidiasis of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract; Hoarseness of voice, cough, perspiration, and sore throat; Rarely - eosinophilic pneumonia, allergic reactions (acute local edema, rash, bronchospasm).
Dosing and Administration
Inhalation. Prophylactic treatment: adults - 1-2 inhalations (200-400 mcg) 2 times a day (up to 1600 mcg per day in 2 or 4 doses, followed by a decrease in the dose when the condition stabilizes).
Children under 12 years - 1 inhalation (200 mcg) 1-2 times a day (up to 800 mcg per day in 2-4 doses, followed by a dose reduction with stabilization of the condition).
Precautionary measures
Use with caution in patients with tuberculosis. After each inhalation (for prophylaxis of candidiasis) it is recommended to thoroughly rinse the mouth (water must be spit out). Patients taking systemic corticosteroids should continue to take them within a week of the onset of inhalation with the drug (there may further be a reduction in the intake of corticosteroids under the supervision of a physician).
special instructions
It is recommended to apply regularly and for a long time. If candidal infections occur, antifungal therapy is administered (without stopping inhalation). Breastfeeding mothers should stop breastfeeding for the duration of treatment.
