Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.

Inhibits cyclooxygenase, inhibits the biosynthesis of prostaglandin, thromboxane.

Indications for Aspirin «York»

Feverish conditions (including influenza, colds); Pain (headache, dental, muscular, articular, migraine, neuralgia, etc.); Neuritis, myositis, arthritis, rheumatic diseases, injuries with joint injuries, thromboses, myocardial infarction (prophylaxis), angina pectoris, varicose veins of the lower extremities.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, acute gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, internal organs bleeding, bronchial asthma, kidney disease, pregnancy, lactation (breastfeeding should be stopped), children's age (up to 3 years).

Side effects

Lesions of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, anemia (with prolonged use), allergic reactions (hyperemia, skin rashes, bronchospasm).

Interaction

Reduces the effect of furosemide, hypotensive and antipodal agents, increases the effect of NSAID, derivatives of sulfonylurea. Anticoagulants, alcohol, glucocorticoids increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Dosing and Administration
