Pharmacological effect

Combined preparation. Antazoline phosphate - blocker of H1-histamine receptors; It has anti-allergic, sedative, hypnotic, m-anticholinergic action. Naphazoline - alpha adrenostimuliruyuschee means; It has a constrictive effect on the blood vessels of the nasal mucous membranes and eyes (reduces swelling, hyperemia and exudation phenomenon).

Indications

Acute rhinitis, including allergic, pollinosis, allergic conjunctivitis, including spring; asthenopic disorder (redness, irritation, itching, etc.).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, children's age (up to 2 years), hypertension, hyperthyroidism, chronic rhinitis, MAO inhibitors (including 14 days after their cancellation).

Dosage

1-2 instilled into the conjunctival sac cap 3-4 times a day. In each nasal passage - 2-3 cap, children - 1-2 cap 3-4 times a day.
