Composition

1 tablet contains 2.5 mg Terbutaline sulfate; in blister 10 pcs., in box 2 of the blister.

Pharmacological Properties
Pharmachologic effect

bronchodilator.

Excited beta2-adrenergic receptors increases adenylate cyclase activity and cAMP formation, reduces the concentration of intracellular calcium and relaxes the smooth muscles. Relaxing the longitudinal muscles of the bronchi, reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions, stimulates the mobility of the cilia of ciliated epithelium (mucociliary improves Cl). It stabilizes mast cell membranes and inhibits the release of mediators of allergy (serotonin, histamine, etc.).

Pharmacokinetics

When ingestion rapidly and almost completely absorbed. Cmax plasma levels achieved after 1-3 hours and lasts for 3-4 hours. Treated intensive biotransformation in the liver to inactive metabolites. Excreted by the kidneys and intestines.

Indications

Bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive bronchitis, emphysema and other bronchopulmonary diseases accompanied BOS syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity (including to other. Sympathomimetic amines), hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias (sinus tachycardia, premature beats) and heart failure, hyperthyroidism.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

Side effects

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 2.5-5 mg 2-3 times a day.

Precautionary measures

Precautions appointed concurrently with tricyclic antidepressants. Can not be combined with drugs halogenated inhalation anesthetic, MAO inhibitors, beta-blockers, adrenaline.
