Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 0.5 g; in a blister or in a contour non-tangled package 10 pcs.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.

It blocks cyclooxygenase and inhibits the synthesis of PG (prostaglandins), reduces the permeability of capillaries, the activity of hyaluronidase, the energy supply of the inflammatory process by reducing the formation of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Affects the hypothalamic centers of thermoregulation and pain sensitivity, reduces the algogenic effect of bradykinins.

Indications

Inflammatory diseases, rheumatism, pain syndrome, prevention of thrombosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, gastritis, gastrointestinal bleeding, portal hypertension, venous congestion.

Side effects

Dizziness, headache, tinnitus, weakness, nausea, anorexia, epigastric pain, diarrhea, erosive and ulcerative gastrointestinal lesions, bleeding from the digestive tract, impaired liver and kidney function, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions (skin rash, Quincke's edema, bronchospasm) .

Interaction

Strengthens the effect of anticoagulants, ulcerogenic effects of corticosteroids, other NSAIDs, reserpine.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, after eating, washed down with water, milk, alkaline mineral water - 0.25, 0.5 or 1 g 3-4 times a day.
