Russian MMA fighter Islam Mahachev convicted in application of Mildronate.

Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) 24-year-old Islam Mahachev suspected of using Meldonium, whcih prohibited in sports with the January 1, 2016. The incident was reported by the organization "Absolute Fighting Championship» (Ultimate Fighting Championship, UFC).
Mahachev temporarily suspended from competition in the tournament UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) to ascertain all the circumstances. He canceled his fight with Drew Dober, who was supposed to take place on Saturday, April 16, in Tampa (Florida, USA).
In January 2016 World Anti-Doping Agency (VADA) add Meldonium (Mildronats) to the list of banned substances. In March, sparked doping scandal - Meldonium was detected in the blood of more than a hundred athletes around the world. Among them were representatives of Russia - Maria Sharapova, skater Ekaterina Bobrova, short-track Yelistratov Semen and Ekaterina Konstantinova, swimmer Yuliya Efimova, and many others.
