Combined multivitamin preparation. Effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins in its composition. Neurotropic B vitamins have a beneficial effect in inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the nervous system and the musculoskeletal system.
Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) is involved in conducting nerve impulses.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) has a vital influence on the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, is necessary for normal blood formation, the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.
Provides synaptic transmission, the processes of inhibition in the CNS is involved in the transport of sphingosine, a component of nerve membranes, is involved in catecholamine synthesis.
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor for normal growth, hematopoiesis, and epithelial cell development, is necessary for folate metabolism and myelin synthesis.
Lidocaine has an anesthetic effect at the injection site, dilates blood vessels, facilitating the absorption of vitamins. Local anesthetic effect of lidocaine is due to the blockade of voltage-dependent Na + channels, which prevents the generation of impulses in sensory nerve endings and conduct pain impulses along nerve fibers.
