Sermion (Nicergolinum, Nicergoline) - drug improving cerebral and peripheral circulation, with an alpha-adrenoceptor blocking and metabolism activating action.

Decreases vascular resistance, increases arterial blood flow and oxygen consumption and glucose brain tissue. It lowers pulmonary vascular resistance. It reduces platelet aggregation and improves hemorheological indexes.

It increases blood flow in the vessels of the upper and lower extremities, especially in case of violation of blood flow, caused functional arteriopathy. Clinical trials have shown high efficiency of Sermion at blood flow in the vessels of the upper and lower extremities and cerebrovascular disorders failure.

Reception Sermion at therapeutic doses, usually has no effect on blood pressure. In patients with hypertension drug may cause a gradual reduction in blood pressure.

Suggested Use:
