Phlogenzym 100 pills

Phlogenzym is a combination of enzymes (bromelain and trypsin) and routine. Bromelain and trypsin promote the rapid cleavage of cellular fragments and metabolic products of the inflammatory process, rutin restores the permeability of the walls of the vessels, which leads to a reduction in swelling and bruising.

Phlogenzym has anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, antiplatelet, immunomodulating and anti-edematous effects, having a complex effect on physiological and pathophysiological processes.

Improves the functional state of blood cells and the vascular wall; reduces the viscosity of the blood and the risk of blood clots in the vessels, contributes to the lysis of already formed blood clots. Improves microcirculation in the foci of chronic inflammation, increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients, thereby stimulating reparative processes in chronic diseases and in the postoperative period. As a result, the edema decreases, the hematomas dissolve more quickly and the pain syndrome decreases.

Flogenzim improves blood supply to the bronchi and lungs in chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, incl. caused by smoking; liquefies sputum, improves the function of the ciliated epithelium and restores the drainage function of the bronchi.

The drug increases the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy.

Indications:

As part of complex therapy:

• Treatment of postoperative complications in surgery, dentistry and plastic surgery (suppuration, thrombosis, adhesions); with the aim of preventing adhesions, lymphatic edema, microcirculatory disorders; with burns;
• damage to tendons, ligaments, sports injuries;
• Treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis, superficial vein thrombophlebitis, post-phlebitis syndrome, chronic arteriopathy (including obliterating atherosclerosis of the arteries of the lower extremities);
• treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the urinary tract (urethritis, cystitis, cystopyelitis, prostatitis);
• treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (adnexitis, salpingoophoritis), vascular complications of the climacteric period, to reduce the frequency and severity of side effects of hormone replacement therapy in gynecology;
• IHD, prevention of angina attacks;
• chronic hepatitis;
• rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, rheumatic soft tissue damage.

Contraindications:

• Individual intolerance of the components of Phlogenzym;
• congenital or acquired blood clotting disorders (eg, hemophilia).
• With caution - when conducting hemodialysis.
• Experience in childhood is not available.

Suggested Use:

Adults with a view to treating the drug prescribed 3 tablets 3 times / day for 2 weeks.

For the prevention of it is recommended to use 2 tablets 3 times / day. within 2 weeks.

The doctor determines the change in the dose of the drug or the course of treatment individually.

Tablets should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals, without chewing, washing with water (200 ml).

Side effects:

In some cases, there is an increase in stool, changes in consistency and smell of stool, which quickly stop when the dose of the drug is temporarily reduced.

Rarely allergic reactions (skin rash, itching), which disappear after discontinuation of treatment with the drug. When using the drug, nausea, flatulence, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, exanthema, general weakness were noted. Perhaps the appearance of a temporary feeling of intestinal overflow. This can be prevented by dividing the daily dose into a larger number of single doses.
