Hypromeloza-P (Gipromellosa-P) eye drops - is a local ophthalmic drug that has a protective and emollient effect, moisturizes and softens the epithelium of the cornea of the eye. This drug is used in ophthalmology for the treatment of the "dry eye" syndrome, as well as other diseases, accompanied by damage to the corneal epithelium. Has a good tolerance, pronounced effect.

Hypromeloza-P eye drops - the protector of the corneal epithelium, has a lubricating and softening effect, has a high viscosity, increases the duration of contact of the solution with the cornea. The refractive index of the solution is similar to natural tears. It restores, stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film.

Subjective and objective improvement of the condition (epilation, reduction of hyperemia, lesions) usually occurs within 3-5 days, marked improvement or complete cure - within 2-3 weeks.

Pharmacodynamics

Has a protective effect on the cornea with a decreased secretion of tear fluid, prolongs the duration of the eye drops and protects the cornea from their irritating effect.

Indications:

• Erosions and trophic changes in the cornea.
• Microtrauma of corneal epithelium.
• Bullous dystrophic changes of the cornea.
• Keratopathy.
• Ectropion.
• Deformation of the eyelids, lagophthalmus.
• Condition after plastic surgery on the eyelids, thermal burns of the cornea and conjunctiva.
• Keratoplasty.
• Keratectomy.
• Substitution therapy with reduced secretion of tear fluid.
• Syndrome of "dry eyes" (Sjogren's syndrome).
• Xerosis.
• Keratosis (combination therapy).
• Prolonged action or reduction of irritant effect of other eye drops.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity. C with caution. acute phase of chemical burn of the cornea and conjunctiva (until complete removal of toxic substances and necrotic tissues).

Suggested Use:

In the conjunctival sac, 1-2 drops are instilled into the lower conjunctival sac 4-8 times a day; if necessary, you can enter every hour.

The course of treatment - at least 2-3 weeks.
