Hepatrombin H is a combined preparation with antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory and venosclerosing action for topical application in proctology.

Heparin.

Anticoagulant direct action. With external application has a local antithrombotic, antiexudative and moderate anti-inflammatory effect; promotes the regeneration of connective tissue; prevents coagulation of blood in the hemorrhoids.

Prednisolone

GCS, has anti-inflammatory, antiexudative and anti-allergic effect, reduces itching, burning sensation, pain in the anorectal area.

Lauromacrogol (polydocanol).

Has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosis of hemorrhoids.

Indications:

• External and internal hemorrhoids.
• Thrombophlebitis of the veins of the anus.
• Fistulas, eczema and itching in the anus.
• Cracks of the anus.

Contraindications:

• Bacterial, viral, fungal skin lesions.
• Tuberculosis.
• Syphilis.
• Tumors of the skin.
• Reactions to vaccination.
• Predisposition to bleeding.
• The first trimester of pregnancy.
• Hypersensitivity to the drug components.

Suggested Use:

Externally, the affected areas ointment is applied with a thin layer of 2-4 times / day.; after the disappearance of pain - 1 time / day. within 7 days.

To introduce the ointment into the rectum, a screw-on tip is used, which is introduced into the rectum and a small amount of ointment is squeezed out by lightly pressing the tube.
