Glycine-Bio is a regulator of metabolic processes and activates normalizes protective inhibition in the central nervous system and reduces emotional stress, improves mental performance.

Glycine has glycine and GABA-ergic, alpha1-adrenoceptor blocking, antioxidant, antitoxic action; regulates the activity of glutamate (NMDA) receptors, whereby the drug is able to:

• reduce emotional stress, aggression, conflict, enhance social inclusion;
• improve mood;
• facilitate falling asleep and normalize sleep;
• improve mental performance;
