Pharmacokinetics:
Easily penetrates into most biological fluids and tissues, including brain; is metabolized to water and carbon dioxide, its accumulation in tissues does not occur.

Suggested Use:
It is used sublingually (under the tongue).
In adults with ischemic stroke: during the first 3.6 hours of stroke onset administered 1 g (4 tablets) sublingually or buccally with 1 teaspoon of water, then for 1-5 days at 1 g / day (4 tablets) then for a further 30 days at 1.2 - 1 tablet 3 times daily.
Special instructions:
It should be borne in mind that during a transurethral resection of the prostate gland, usually accompanied by topical application of glycine, it may enter the systemic circulation and affect the state of the cardiopulmonary system and kidney, especially in patients with cardiovascular disease patients.
