Defislez eye drops - is a preparation that protects the epithelium of the cornea of the eye, which has an emollient and lubricating effect. It contributes to the restoration and stabilization of tear film, which leads to the fastest healing of foci of lesions in traumas, dystrophic changes, burns, after operations. It is also used to restore after some types of eyeball research and to eliminate discomfort in the dry eye syndrome.

Has a protective effect against the cornea with reduced secretion of tear fluid, protects the cornea from their irritating effect.

The protector of the corneal epithelium, has a lubricating and softening effect, has a high viscosity, increases the duration of contact of the solution with the cornea. The refractive index of the solution is similar to natural tears.

It restores, stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film. Subjective and objective improvement of the condition (epithelialization, reduction of hyperemia, lesions) usually occurs within 3-5 days, marked improvement or complete cure - within 2-3 weeks.

Indications:

• Erosions and trophic changes in the cornea.
• Microtrauma of corneal epithelium.
• Bullous dystrophic changes of the cornea.
• Keratopathy.
• Ectropion.
• Deformation of the eyelids.
• Lagoftalm.

Condition after:

• Plastic operations on the eyelids.
• Thermal burns of the cornea and conjunctiva.
• Keratoplasty.
• Keratoectomy.

Substitution therapy with reduced secretion of tear fluid:

• Syndrome of "dry eyes" (Sjogren's syndrome).
• Xerosis.
• Keratosis (combination therapy).
• Hypersensitivity.
• Acute phase of chemical burn (until the complete removal of the chemical and necrotic tissues).

At the end of the additional research methods:

• Gonioscopy.
• Electroretinography.
• Electrooculography.
• Echobiometric examination of the eyeball.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.
• It is not recommended in the acute phase of burns of the cornea and conjunctiva until complete removal of toxic substances.

Special instructions:

Do not wear soft contact lenses during instillation of eye drops. Solid contact lenses are removed prior to instillation of the drug and set again after 30 minutes.

Do not use for a long time.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms

Immediately after instillation, there may be a fuzziness in the visual perception, which can lead to difficulties in controlling the car or working with mechanisms. It is recommended to start work 15 minutes after instillation.

Suggested Use:

1 to 2 drops 4-8 times a day in the conjunctival sac (if necessary, you can inject 1-2 drops every hour).

The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
