Composition and form of release

Pharmacodynamics

Stabilizes cell membranes, reduces the permeability of capillaries, improves microcirculation. Indications

Shock (anaphylactic, burn, traumatic, cardiogenic), cerebral edema, shock lung, asthmatic status, Addison's crisis, Waterhouse-Frideriksen syndrome, immunological incompatibility crisis in organ transplantation.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Interaction

Increases the toxicity of cardiac glycosides; Reduces the hypoglycemic activity of antidiabetic drugs, anticoagulant - coumarin derivatives, increases the excretion of potassium by saluretics and the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding against the background of anti-inflammatory drugs. The effect is reduced by barbiturates, rifampicin and phenytoin.

Dosing and Administration
