Composition and form of release

1 ml of solution for injection contains tubocurarine chloride 10 mg; In ampoules of 1.5 ml, in the package of 25 pcs.

Pharmacological action - Muscle relaxant.

Indication

Operations, tetanus (for prolonged - more than 1 h - relaxation of muscles).

Contraindications

Myasthenia gravis, advanced age.

Interaction

Incompatible with other drugs that relax the skeletal muscles. Strengthens the effect of antihypertensive drugs.

Dosing and Administration

Parenterally, 15-25 mg.
