Composition and form of release

Indications

Systemic therapy (parenteral administration): rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. collagenoses, dermatitis of various genesis, acute allergic reactions, severe forms of bronchial asthma, emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis.

Local therapy: intra-articular and in the lesion - chronic inflammatory diseases of the joints, exudative arthritis, gout, arthrosis, blockade of the shoulder joint, chronic inflammation of the joint bag, injections for the affected area - isolated psoriatic plaques, flat nodular lesions, alopecia, lupus erythematosus, keloids.

Contraindications

For systemic therapy: peptic ulcers of the digestive tract (gastrointestinal tract), severe osteoporosis, psychoses, viral diseases, purulent eye lesions, active tuberculosis, amoebic infections, systemic mycosis, cerebral palsy, glaucoma, up to (8 weeks) and After (2 weeks) preventive vaccinations, children and adolescence (up to 16 years).

Side effects

Dosing and Administration

The dose is set individually, depending on the type, severity and course of the disease, sensitivity to the drug.

Systemic therapy: in / m, deep, in the gluteus muscle - 40-80 mg.

Local therapy: intraarticular, in the lesion, under the affected area - 10-40 mg, if necessary - 80 mg; Children under 12 years with keloids - 10 mg. It is recommended to use ampoules of 40 mg for the top and 10 mg for the lower dose range.
