Composition (per tablet):

Pharmacological Properties of Trasicor
Pharmachologic effect - antianginal, hypotensive, anti-arrhythmic.
Beta-adrenoceptor blocking, has its own sympathomimetic activity.
Indications of Trasicor
Hypertension, angina pectoris (prevention of attacks), arrythmia, hyperkinetic cardiac syndrome.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, AV block II and III degree sinoatrial block, bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, hypotension, congestive heart failure, asthma, ketoacidosis.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Not recommended.
Side effect
Bronchospasm, bradycardia, AV block, hypotension, heart failure, peripheral vascular spasm, cold extremities, dizziness, weakness, allergic reactions.
Dosage and Administration
Inside, 160-480 mg per day.
