pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antiaggregational, analgesic.

It inhibits cyclooxygenase, inhibits the synthesis of PG, suppresses platelet aggregation.

Indications

Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute gouty, ankylosing spondylitis, epicondylitis; bursitis, tendonitis; pain syndrome with injuries (fractures, dislocations, sprains and muscles, soft tissue damage), periostitis; after surgical interventions (tooth extraction, etc. dental procedures, obstetric-gynecological interventions, including the introduction and removal of the intrauterine device); gynecological diseases (adnexitis, parametritis); diseases of the ENT organs (sinusitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, otitis media) and oral cavity (gingivitis, stomatitis); thrombophlebitis of superficial veins.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, kidney and liver diseases, pregnancy, breast-feeding, children's age (safety and effectiveness of use in children are not defined).
