Structure and Composition
1 tablet contains 0.6 mg Dihydroergotoxin mesylate, reserpine 0.1 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 10 mg; in blister 10 pcs., in box 5 blisters.
pharmachologic effect
a diuretic, vasodilatory, sympatholytic, sedative.
It reduces the frequency and force of heart contractions, blocks alpha-adrenergic receptors of the arteries, reduces peripheral vascular resistance, promotes the excretion of sodium, chloride, potassium and water.
Indications
Hypertension.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase of ulcerative colitis, severe renal and hepatic failure, bronchospastic syndrome, depression, hypokalemia.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Contraindicated during pregnancy. Lactating women during the period of treatment should stop breastfeeding.
Side effects
Anorexia, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, decreased reaction rate. Rarely - visual disturbances, hypokalemia, depression, allergic skin reactions.
Dosing and Administration
Inside - 1 tablet 1-2 times a day (maximum dose - 3 pills / day).
