Composition and form of release

1 tablet contains naproxen 250 or 500 mg; in the package of 60 pcs.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

It blocks cyclooxygenase and synthesis of PG (prostaglandins).

Indications

Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, articular syndrome with exacerbation of gout, pain in the spine, neuralgia, myalgia, traumatic inflammation of soft tissues and musculoskeletal system, diseases of the ENT organs, headache and toothache, adnexitis, primary dyscalgomenorrhea.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the digestive tract, "aspirin" asthma, hematopoiesis, renal function, liver.

pregnancy and lactation

Not recommended.

Side effects

Nausea, vomiting, gastralgia, bleeding and erosive-ulcerative gastrointestinal lesions, eosinophilic pneumonia, hearing impairment, liver and kidney function, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, aplastic anemia, skin rash, Quincke's edema, urticaria and other allergic reactions.

Dosing and Administration
