pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Inactivates cyclooxygenase, inhibits the biosynthesis of PG, prevents the formation of endoperexides and free radicals, inhibits lipid peroxidation; reduces the activating effect of PGE2 and PGI2 on the perception of pain and pain transmission, on the excitability of neurons in the heat-regulating structures.

Indication

Non-infectious arthritis (acute rheumatoid arthritis, acute gouty arthritis, etc.), pain syndrome, inflammatory diseases of the spine, extraarticular soft tissues, adnexitis, parametritis, pericarditis, polyserositis, neuralgias, polyneuritis, iritis, retinitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, heart rhythm disturbances, heart defects, cardiomyopathy, kidney and liver diseases, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, edematous syndrome, oppression of hematopoiesis; epilepsy (even suspicion) - parenteral use.

Side effects

Delayed water and sodium, leukopenia, glucosuria, hematuria, drowsiness, pain, aseptic abscess (at the injection site).

Dosing and Administration

Inside - 4-6 pills a day.
