Characteristic

Pharmacotherapy

Means of plant origin, has anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, astringent, restorative, anti-burn and antimicrobial effect. Promotes the formation of a protective film, protecting tissue from chemical, bacterial and mechanical effects. Reduces the permeability of capillaries and has a vasoconstrictive effect.

Indications

Pharyngitis, stomatitis, gingivitis, tonsillitis, gum bleeding, gastritis, enteritis, enterocolitis, diarrhea, dysentery, ulcerative colitis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, cholecystitis, cholangitis, hepatitis, cirrhosis (including ascites), hemorrhoids; gout, rheumatism; nephritis; bleeding (including uterine, from the intestine); colpitis, vaginitis, cervical erosion; eczema, atopic dermatitis, diffuse neurodermatitis, skin cracks, burns.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Dosing

Inside, in the form of infusion or broth - 30 ml 3-4 times a day; in the form of tincture - 25-30 drops 3-4 times a day. With cirrhosis of the liver - 50-100 ml of infusion 3 times a day for 2 hours before meals, daily, for 1.5-2 months and prophylactically - 2 times a year for 1 month in the autumn-spring period.

Locally: for rinsing the mouth, syringing, lotions, applications - in the form of infusion and decoction. External: for wet dressings, lubrication of burns and skin cracks.
