Composition and form of release

Eye drops 1 ml

active substance:

pilocarpine hydrochloride 10 mg

Additional ingredients: boric acid - 19 mg; Water for injection - up to 1 ml

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - antiglaucoma.

Dosing and Administration

In primary glaucoma instilled in each eye 1-2 drops 2-4 times a day. The daily dosage and duration of treatment are determined by the doctor depending on the level of intraocular pressure. If necessary, the drug can be combined with β-blockers.

When an acute attack of angle-closure glaucoma drug is prescribed for the 1st hour - every 15 minutes, 1 drop; for 2-3 h th - every 30 minutes 1 drop; for 4-6 h th - every 60 minutes 1 drop; then - 3-6 times a day, to the relief of an attack.

Form of issue

1% eye drops. 5 ml or 10 ml vials in PE-sealed caps. Each vial is put in a pile of cardboard.
