Composition and form of release

1 tablet, 1 ml solution for oral administration (25 drops) or 1 ml solution for injection contain metamizole sodium 500 mg, in a package of 10 pcs., In bottles of 10 ml or in ampoules of 2 ml, in a package of 5 pcs. respectively.

Indications

Moderate and severe pain (headache, dental, with dysmenorrhea), fever.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives in anamnesis, age (up to 3 months).

pregnancy and lactation

Safety of use in pregnancy is not established.

Side effects

Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (nausea, vomiting, etc.), agranulocytosis, rashes on the skin, anaphylactic shock.

Interaction

Strengthens chlorpromazine hypothermia.

Dosing and Administration

Inside for 1-2 tablets or 25-50 drops of the solution no more than 4 times a day. Children 3-5 months - 3-5 drops, 6-24 months - 5-10 drops, 3-7 years - 10-20 drops, 8-11 years - 15-30 drops, 12-14 years - 20-40 drops not more than 4 times a day. In severe pain syndrome injected in / m deep in a single dose of 2-5 ml per day; multiplicity of administration up to 3 times a day. Precautionary measures
