Composition and form of release
5 ml of syrup contain paracetamol 120 mg; in bottles of 100 ml.

Pharmacological action - antipyretic, analgesic.
Indication
Pain (headache, dental, with trauma), fever.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, impaired liver function, viral hepatitis, impaired renal function.
Side effects
Agranulocytosis, asymptomatic thrombocytopenia, anemia, hepatitis, renal colic, allergic reactions (skin rash, hives, itching).
Interaction
Toxicity is enhanced by inducers of the monooxygenase system of the liver (barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs), alcohol. Metoclopramide may increase resorption.
Dosing and Administration
Inside. Children under 2 years and breastfed - 1 / 2-1 a spoonful of syrup 1-4 times a day, up to 7 years - 1-2 spoons 1-3 times a day, up to 14 years - 1-2 spoons of 1- 4 times a day, the maximum daily dose is 2 g.
