Pharmacology
Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, locally anesthetic.
Pharmacodynamics
Phenazone has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect.
Pharmacokinetics
The combination of lidocaine + phenazone does not penetrate the systemic blood stream with an intact tympanic membrane.
Application of Lidocaine + Phenazone
Local symptomatic treatment and anesthesia in children from birth and adults with otitis (acute average, after influenza, barotraumatic).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to combination components; hypersensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives (drugs containing metamizol sodium, phenylbutazone); perforation of the tympanic membrane.
Restrictions for use
It is necessary to ensure the integrity of the tympanic membrane before using the combination. In the case of a perforated tympanic membrane, the drug may enter the systemic blood stream and lead to complications.

Limitations of use during pregnancy and during lactation are not available provided the tympanum is intact.
