Pharmacological action - replenishing deficiency of thyroid hormones.

Indications

Hypothyroidism and condition after surgery for thyroid cancer (substitution therapy); Diffuse euthyroid or toxic goiter (prevention and treatment); Prevention of recurrence of nodular goiter after resection of the thyroid gland when reaching the euthyroid state.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, untreated hyperthyroidism, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, adrenal insufficiency.

Side effects

From the nervous system and sensory organs: excitability, irritability, insomnia, tremor.

From the cardiovascular system and blood (hematopoiesis, hemostasis): tachycardia, palpitation, arrhythmia, pain in the heart.

Dosing and Administration
