Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Dosing and Administration

Inside, rectally, externally.

Tablets - inside, during or after a meal, washed down with milk. Adults - in the initial dose of 25 mg 2-3 times a day, if necessary, increase the dose to 50 mg 3 times a day, the maximum daily dose - 200 mg. When the effect is achieved, the course is 4 weeks in the same or reduced dose. With prolonged use, the maximum daily dose is 75 mg.

Suppositories - rectally, after liberation of the intestine, if possible deep into the rectum - 50 mg 1-3 times a day or 100 mg at bedtime, during an attack of gout - up to 200 mg per day.

Ointment - externally, rub a thin layer in the painful areas of the body 2-3 times a day. For adults, the total amount of ointment squeezed out of the tube per day should not exceed 15 cm, for children over 14 years - 7.5 cm.
