excipients: gelatin; mannitol; aspartame; mint flavor; sodium bicarbonate

Pharmacological action - antidiarrheal.

Dosage and administration

Inside The pill is put on the tongue, it dissolves for a few seconds, after which it is swallowed with saliva, without drinking water.

Acute diarrhea: initial dose - 2 tablets. (4 mg) for adults (including the elderly) and 1 table. (2 mg) for children over 6 years old; in the future, take 1 tab. (2 mg) after each bowel movement in the case of loose stools.

Chronic diarrhea: initial dose - 2 tablets. (4 mg) per day for adults and 1 tab. (2 mg) for children; this dose is then individually adjusted so that the stool frequency is 1-2 times a day, which is achieved with a maintenance dose of 1 to 6 table. per day. The maximum daily dose for acute and chronic diarrhea in adults is 8 tablets. (16 mg); in children, it is calculated on the basis of body weight (3 tab. per 20 kg - up to 8 tab. (16 mg). If normal stool appears or if there is no stool for more than 12 hours, the drug is canceled.
