Pharmacotherapy
Combined drug. Hydrocortisone - GCS, has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effect. It inhibits the release of cytokines (interleukins and interferon) from lymphocytes and macrophages, inhibits the release of eosinophils by inflammatory mediators, reduces the metabolism of arachidonic acid. Stimulating steroid receptors induces the formation of lipocortin. Reduces inflammatory cell infiltrates, reduces the migration of leukocytes and lymphocytes to the area of inflammation. Does not cause suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system. Fusidic acid is an antibacterial agent that acts bacteriostatically (suppresses protein synthesis in a microbial cell). Highly active against Staphylococcus spp., Neisseria meningitidis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, less active against Streptococcus spp., Incl. Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp. (Resistant to penicillins, streptomycin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin); Neisseria spp., Haemophilus spp., Moraxella spp. And Corynebacterium. Not active against Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Proteus spp. And other gram-negative bacteria, as well as protozoa and fungi.
