Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, anticoagulant, regenerative, antithrombotic.

Dosing and Administration

Outwardly. Ointment: Apply a column of ointment 5 cm long, without rubbing, 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 10-14 days. When treating diseases of veins, the drug is used in the form of bandages with ointment. When trophic ulcers (without compromising the integrity of the skin), the ointment is applied in the form of a ring about 4 cm wide.

With diseases of the veins of the lower extremities, the ointment is applied with light rubbing movements from the bottom to the top. A single dose is recommended to rub not completely, but in separate portions. The recommended course of treatment with the drug is 1 month.

Gel: about 5 cm of the gel is applied in a thin layer, rubbing lightly massaging movements from the bottom upwards 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 10-14 days (with thrombosis and thrombophlebitis massaging is not recommended). The recommended course of treatment with the drug is 1 month.
