Pharmacology

Mode of action - Anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant.

Stimulates the synthesis of prostacyclin in the vessel wall. Has a local antithrombotic effect.

Application of substance Heparinoid

Contusions of soft tissues, traumatic swelling, hematomas (including postinjection), stretching of tendons and ligaments, phlebitis and thrombophlebitis of superficial veins, varicose veins of lower extremities, incl. Complicated phlebitis and trophic ulcers; hemorrhoids.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, hemorrhagic diathesis, purpura, a tendency to bleeding, local ulcerative-necrotic processes.

Side effects of the substance Heparinoid

Hemorrhage (when applied to a large surface).

Precautions for the substance Heparinoid

Use with caution in the last 3 months of pregnancy (bleeding may occur) and concurrent with anticoagulants (blood coagulation monitoring is necessary).
