Composition1 effervescent tablet contains 325 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 15 mg of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate, 20 mg; in blister 10 pcs., in a carton 2 blisters.
Pharmachologic effect
anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.
It inhibits cyclooxygenase and reduces the GHG content (acetylsalicylic acid), enhances adrenergic transmission at the periphery (fenilpropamin) blocks the histamine H1-receptor (chlorpheniramine).
