Composition1 effervescent tablet contains 325 mg of acetylsalicylic acid, 15 mg of phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate, 20 mg; in blister 10 pcs., in a carton 2 blisters.

Pharmachologic effect
anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

It inhibits cyclooxygenase and reduces the GHG content (acetylsalicylic acid), enhances adrenergic transmission at the periphery (fenilpropamin) blocks the histamine H1-receptor (chlorpheniramine).

Contraindications for HL-Cold

Hypersensitivity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, bronchial asthma, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate adenoma, pregnancy, lactation (for the period of treatment should abandon breastfeeding), children's age (12 years).

Interaction

It enhances the effect of heparin, oral anticoagulants and hypoglycemic agents. MAO inhibitors and beta-agonists increase, and reserpine weakens sympathomimetic properties.

HL-Cold Dosage and Administration
