Composition and release form

Dosing and Administration

Inside, without chewing, after eating, adults in the initial dose - 50-75 mg / day, with a gradual increase of 25-50 mg to obtain the desired antidepressant effect (the optimal therapeutic dose is 150-200 mg / day). In severe depression, resistant to therapy, the dose is increased to 300 mg or more to the maximum tolerated. To elderly patients with mild disorders, in outpatient practice - 50-100 mg once a night. When enuresis, children of school age - 12.5-25 mg at bedtime (dose should not exceed 2.5 mg / kg).
