Composition and release form

1 tablet, coated with a shell, contains zagrela hydrochloride 100 or 200 mg; In the box 10 blisters for 10 pcs.

Pharmachologic effect

Mode of action - antiallergic.

Selectively inhibits cyclooxygenase, thromboxane synthase, reduces the synthesis of thromboxane A2.

Pharmacodynamics

Reduces the manifestations of allergic reactions in the respiratory tract (including bronchospasm); Inhibits the aggregation of platelets.

Indications for the Domenan

Bronchial asthma.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.

Side effects

Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, constipation, headache, tachycardia, hemorrhage, joint pain; Allergic reactions (itching, rash).

Dosing and Administration

Inside, 1 tab. 2 times a day (after breakfast and before bedtime); Daily dose of 400 mg.

Precautionary measures

With the development of allergic reactions, therapy must be stopped. In the absence of an adequate effect should not be used for a long time. It is recommended to combine with caution with antithrombotic (ticlopidine), fibrinolytic (urokinase), anticoagulant (heparin, warfarin) agents and use with a tendency to bleeding, in old age. In the event of an anticipated or suspected pregnancy, it is prescribed only in cases where the therapeutic benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus. During lactation, it is better to avoid taking high doses (or to stop breastfeeding).

Special instructions

The drug is not recommended for relief of an attack of bronchial asthma.
