Pharmacotherapy
Combined drug. Antifungal and anti-inflammatory agent. Diflucortolone has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects. Isoconazole is effective against dermatophytes, yeast-like and mold fungi, gram-positive bacteria.
Indications
Fungal skin infections with pronounced inflammatory or eczematous changes.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, skin tuberculosis, cutaneous manifestations of syphilis, chickenpox, skin postvaccinal reactions, pregnancy (I trimester).
Carefully
Pregnancy (II, III trimester), lactation.
Dosing
Outwardly. In an acute period, inflammation is applied to the skin 2 times a day. In case of damage to the fingers or toes, it is recommended that a gauze pad, impregnated with cream, be laid between them. The maximum duration of treatment is 2 weeks. If necessary, treatment is continued with antifungal drugs.
Side effect
Irritation, allergic reactions; Atrophy of the skin, telangiectasia, acne, hypertrichosis, dermatitis. With long-term use and / or application to large areas of the skin, systemic side effects, characteristic of GCS, are possible.
Special instructions
Avoid contact with eyes. Treatment of fungal infections requires careful compliance with personal hygiene rules.
