Mode of action - bronchodilating, diuretic.

Inhibits phosphodiesterase, increases the content of cAMP tissues, reduces the contractility of smooth muscles. It dilates the bronchi, vessels, mainly the brain, skin and kidneys. Reduces pulmonary vascular resistance, reduces pressure in a small circle of blood circulation. Expands peripheral veins, increases renal blood flow and has a moderate diuretic effect. Inhibits the aggregation of platelets, stimulates the respiratory center, increases the frequency and strength of the heartbeat.

Pharmacokinetics

Quickly absorbed. The therapeutic effect is manifested when the concentration in the blood is 10-20 μg / ml. The volume of distribution is 0.5 l / kg. 8% is excreted unchanged in the urine, the rest is metabolized to 1,3-dimethylurea and methylxanthine (excreted through the kidneys). Dosage and Administration
