Composition and form of release

dexpanthenol 50 mg

Description of dosage form

Transparent or slightly opalescent colorless, easily flowing gel.

Pharmacodynamics

Stimulates the processes of regeneration of the cornea, has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Pharmacokinetics

Carbomer does not penetrate into the eyeball tissues due to high molecular weight and is not absorbed into the systemic bloodstream. The carbomer increases the contact time of the aqueous solution with the corneal epithelium, prolonging the action of dexpanthenol.

Indications

corneal erosion;

eye burns;

keratitis of various etiologies;

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Use with caution in patients with chronic renal failure, as well as during pregnancy and during lactation.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, transient "blurred vision", burning sensation, local eye irritation.

Interaction

With additional local therapy, the interval between the administration of Corneregel® and other drugs should be at least 5 minutes. Correregel® should be used last.

Dosing and Administration

Conjunctival. 1 drop 3-5 times a day, depending on the severity and severity of the symptoms.

During the treatment with the drug, it is not recommended to wear soft contact lenses. If contact lenses are used, remove them before instillation and re-dress 15 minutes after instillation.

During the treatment period, it is necessary to refrain from engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require a high concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

The bottle must be closed after each use. Do not touch the tip of the pipette to the eye.

Storage conditions
