Pharmachologic effect
Mode of action - a vasoconstrictor, anti-allergic.

Blocks histamine H1-receptor, has dekongestivnoe properties (pseudoephedrine sulfate), reduces the swelling of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, improves throughput and facilitates breathing.

Indications of Clarinase-12

Allergic and vasomotor rhinitis (symptomatic treatment of nasal congestion, sneezing, rhinorrhea, pruritus and lacrimation).

Contraindications for Clarinase-12

Hypersensitivity (including to other. Drug components), severe arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, hyperthyroidism, angle-closure glaucoma, urinary retention, concomitant use of MAO inhibitors, under the age of 12 years.

Clarinase-12 Dosage and Administration
