Composition and form of release

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Metamizole (pyrazolone derivative) has analgesic, antipyretic and mild anti-inflammatory effect, pituopenon has a direct myotropic effect on the smooth muscles, causing its relaxation, fenpiverinium - anticholinergic action and as a result, also a relaxing effect on smooth muscles. It alleviates pain, eliminates spasm of smooth muscles, reduces elevated body temperature.

Indications

Pain syndrome of mild or moderate severity with spasms of smooth muscles (renal and biliary colic, intestinal spasm, dysmenorrhea, etc.), neuralgia, arthralgia, myalgia, pain after diagnostic and surgical interventions, fever for colds and infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, expressed violations of the liver and kidneys, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, tachyarrhythmia, collapsoid condition, hematopoiesis, angle-closure glaucoma, intestinal obstruction, megacolon, prostatic hypertrophy with a tendency to accumulate residual urine, pregnancy (I trimester and the last 6 ned), breast-feeding, children's age (up to 6 years).
