Pharmacotherapy

Combined preparation of plant origin. Valerian rhizome with roots has a sedative and antispasmodic effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep. Sedation is slow, but stable enough. Has a choleretic effect, increases the secretion of the gastrointestinal mucosa, slows the heart rate, expands coronary vessels. Influence on the activity of the heart is mediated through neuroregulatory mechanisms and a direct influence on automatism and the conduction system of the heart. Wormwood bitter grass has a choleretic effect, increases appetite, stimulates acid production. Belladonna leaf has m-holinoblokiruyuschim and spasmolytic effect; Reduces the secretion of salivary, gastric, bronchial, lacrimal, sweat glands, pancreas. Reduces the tone of the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, bile ducts and gallbladder; Causes tachycardia, improves AV conduction. Expands pupils, hinders the outflow of intraocular fluid, increases intraocular pressure, causes paralysis of accommodation.
