Combination drug for external use. Beclomethasone - GCS (glucocorticosteroids), has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antiexudative, antipruritic effects. Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that disrupts the synthesis of ergosterol, which is part of the cell membrane of fungi, which causes a change in its structure and properties and leads to lysis of the cell. Dermatophytes, yeast fungi (genus Candida, Torulopsis glabrata, Rhodotorula genus), mold fungi, lichen and erythrasma pathogens, gram-positive (staphylococci and streptococci) and gram-negative bacteria (Bacteroides, Gardnerella vaginalis), Trichomonas vaginalis, Malassezia furfur, Corynebacterium are sensitive to clotrimazole Minutissimum.
Indications
Fungal skin infections caused by sensitive microorganisms (including dermatomycosis, epidermophytosis, dermatosis complicated by secondary infection), especially against the background of eczematous lesions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, skin tuberculosis, chicken pox, measles, herpes, vaccination, syphilitic skin rashes.
Dosing
Externally, the cream is applied to the affected area 2-3 times a day and lightly rubbed. The pre-affected area is washed and dried.
Side effect
Local reactions - skin hyperemia, burning sensation and tingling sensations, allergic reactions; When using occlusive dressings - rash, folliculitis, pyoderma.
